Q Chapter 3 in the Franz text has some very good information that you will use as you continue in your Team Competency Project, particularly as you think about designing "interventions". On page 65 there is a good "Focus on Application" example. It is a very succinct analysis of team functioning within an organization, but it is particularly strong in describing specific interventions. Please do a bit of research about any ONE of the following 7 interventions and provide the class with a high-quality reference (article, summary, book, website, video, TEDTalk, etc.), that provides more information as to how other organizations have or might use these interventions. (Hopefully, with the number of people we have in class we should end up with a well-rounded list of additional references/discussion on all 7!) 1. MBTI 2. DiSC 3. LPC Scale 4.
